I am creating an html email in publisher and sending it as an e-mail. When it arrives in my box, it is not an html email as it is supposed to be, but an attachment of a small jpeg of the disign of the html. It no longer has the links or clarity. The interesting thing is that when I go to my ‘sent mail’ it shows the email as an html email (no little jpg attachment) and with full page clarity and link functionality. What’s the deal? I have never had this problem with my other laptop, I send html emails this way all the time. This is a new laptop and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Office Suite, but it didn’t correct the problem. I checked all the settings on my old laptop and they seem to be identical to the settings on this laptop (in outlook that is)…I need some help!
