I have selected to automatically record files from MicroSoft Word, Excel and Access under the journal options section in the Outlook Tools menu. But it does not record any files from these programs. The only journal entries that get recorded are my phone calls and my autocad files which I set to record. These are the only Entry Types that show up. There are no filters set, so why does Journal not want to record any of these files? What do I need to do?
