Outlook Junk E-mail Options

I hav a problem using Outlook 2003 on a new PC loaded with MS Vista. I set the Outlook Junk E-mail Options but the application does not appear to be storing my preferences. I constantly have to reset the Outlook Junk E-mail Options.

Any ideas?
