Hi, I have two mailboxes on an exchange server that have 500MB of mail. They now cause the backup to fail.
My solution is to get the two users to create a pst file on the server and associate it to a personal folder. They will then drag all their old mail into the personal folder. I have tested this and it seems to work.
Can anyone see any downsides to this option (apart from the fact that the two people like to keep so much email)?
