Outlook 2000 on a Win98 machine. There is one message in the outbox that will not send or that can be deleted. At the end of a send and receive all messages except that one are sent and an error message pops up saying that it can not send the message because it is already in the process of being sent. When double clicked on, another error pops up saying that the message is being spooled by the mapi spooler and cannot be viewed. Any ideas?
