Outlook Meeting Notice Problem

My boss sends out a meeting notice for a reoccuring meeting. She invites about 7 people. When she goes back into the meeting notice on her calendar, none of names of people she invited to the meeting appear, only her name. This happens everytime she schedules a meeting. Does anyone know why this would happen. Your help is appreciated.

I am assuming that the people are invited using the Attendee Availability tab within the Calendar's meeting form.
People who have the preview pane active in the inbox tend to read the message without actually opening the message.
When this happensthey don't have the option to select from the Accept, Tenative, Decline buttons.
They need to select an option to complete the request.
