Outlook Mobile Access

I am a new user. I would like to configure Outlook Mobile Access. I enabled from Exchange 2003 but when i try to check from Internet Explorer https://server1/oma it’s giving me following error:
A System error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

and i receiving this event id error : 1503.

Can you please help on this issue
