Some of our users are running windows 7 pro with office 2003 and eScan antivirus.
Some of their mails are not being decoded from the base64 encryption.
I checked with our service provider and they said that it’s not a problem on their mail servers.
These users download mail using POP.
Does anyone have any ideas that we could try?
