I recently upgraded my OS from ME to w2k and now experience a problem doing a lookup against my Address Book contacts in Outlook. I am using Office XP Pro. We outsource Exchange Server and I have all my folders, including my Address Book on the server. I can get to the Address Book from the Outlook folder panel, but when I hit To: and choose Address Book/Contacts when composing mail, the list is empty. Seems to me it’s looking for a local Address Book, but I can’t find a place where that might be configured. Does anyone know if there is a way to specify the location of the Address Book post install?
In addition, I was told by the Exchange outsourcer to uninstall and reinstall Outlook but can’t find a way to do that without uninstalling all of Office. Does anyknow know how to uninstall/reinstall Outlook with the w2k/Office XP Pro combo?
