We upgraded the company email server to Exchange 2k and can no longer run Outlook from an Internet connection. We followed Microsoft’s directions, set tcp/ip ports in registry and opened the appropriate ports on the firewall. The client comes backas cannot resolve the name. Tried loading lmhosts and hosts files. Worked once and never again.
