Running Outlook 98 on NT Workstation 4.0. User can’t open up e-mail messages that have been Copied and Pasted into e-mails that she receives. (The icons for these look like envelopes when you paste them into a New Message).
Office 97 on the machine, as well.
Even if she copies and pastes her own e-mails into a new message as attachments, she can’t open these either.
She gets an error message about the form not being installed on her machine, and that she should contact her administrator.
If she chooses Save As (by right-clicking on the attached e-mail message), she is able to open these messages from the local file system. She would really like to be able to double-click on them like any other attachment.
Is Office 97 interfering with Outlook 98? Her security settings for c:\WINNT\Forms are Change, so I know that’s not the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
