I have a client that recently ordered a second tray for her HP 2605dn printer. I setup two print queues, one for each tray. Everything works fine except for plain text and rich text emails. When trying to print either of those from Outlook the will print to the second tray when they are supposed to print to the first tray. I have tried changing the printing preferences before printing, but they will not stick. The preferences are automatically changed to “Automatically Select” for the paper source and that for some reason defaults to the new tray. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
