I was wondering if there was a way for users to see the subject of a meeting when checking availability in Outlook 97. When they right click on a blue bar for availability it shows “BUSY” or “OUT of OFFICE” Only the originator can see the subject of the meeting. Is this an exchange authority issue? Can it be changed?
