I was wondering if there was a way for users to see the creator of a meeting when checking availability in Outlook 97/98/2000. When they right click on a blue bar for availability it shows “BUSY” or “OUT of OFFICE” users can see the subject of the meeting and but not who created the meeting. Is this an exchange authority issue? Can it be changed?
