Outlook profiles in Win 2K pro

On my Win 2k professional, am using MS Office XP i want to make a common outlook profiles. i mean when user A logs into local machine he gets only his outlook profile. but if i User B wants to check his mails, user A has to logout & User B should login in order to use his profile.

how do i make it common, all the outlook profiles should be available in any login.
