Outlook PST contacts problem

I had to re-install a system, so I backup up the PST file, restored system, and restored the PST file. Everthing works fine, I can see the contacts folder, and use it, but when I am trying to send a new email, and I click on the “TO” to look up contacts, I get the following error message.
The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened, it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions.

If I start typing an email address, outlook will fill it in, its seeing my folder.

Any idea how I can fix this?
