    Outlook Quit working

    On two machines now I am having problems with outlook, on one if I click on send or recieve button the error is operation failed. on the other machine it tells me there is a registration problem. Both of these worked just fine.

      So the workstations were setup correctly to get e-mail at one time?

      Sounds like an outlook problem check the services are configured properly. Sometimes adding the internet mail service before MS-exchange during installation, can make a difference.

      Otherwise
      Check the DNS Server settings on the machines to ensure your workstations know where their e-mail server is. Also check the POP3/ SMTP server settings for the account within outlook.

      If it is Outlook 2000, choose the Help pull down then Fix & repair. If the prior answer regarding DNS doesnt work
