Outlook request password when loading

OS = Win XP Pro SP1
Outlook 2002 SP2
Network Win 2000
Exchange 2000

Whne opening Outlook at 1 workstation the password is required even though the User is authenticated on the network.
Reloading Office XP Pro SP2 has not solved the problem.
Same user on another PC does NOT experience the same problem
Any Help appreciated
