Outlook resource sharing

i set up 4 users as resources. each one designates a conference room. i setup the autoaccept and all that works fine. but when i go to schedule a meeting 3 out of 4 rooms do not show the availability in the meeting setup. i can only see the availability of 1 room. they were set up at the same time, in an identical fashion. can anyone help?
