Outlook sharing meeting schedule without permission

So here's an issue I am running into. One of our users is getting the meeting invites of another. The calendar is not shared through any normal or visable ways. We even checked AD on the back end and don't see anything. Also there are no client rules I can see. Any ideas how this is happening?

You said "Also there are no client rules I can see" but didn't mention delegatation.

Tools -> Options -> Far Right tab.

Many times employees set it up themselves and forget as well.
