I have clients currently using Outlook2000 with Exchange Server5.5, over the past weeks I have seen a number of machines have a problem of slow response, when they start outlook it takes a while to load and will then pop-up with the message unable to locate server with the “retry” and “work offline” option. If you click retry over 4-6mins you will eventually get into your mailbox. I have tested the same acct on other machines and it works fine. So its something to do with the Windows/Outlook. Ihave tried reloading the mapi files but this hasn’t helped.
