Something has usurped outlook app in my Windows XP computer. It starts up randomly at peculiar times. Sometimes with other apps running, sometimes with nothing else running. It is not in Startup. It may wait a day to pop up but once up it will usually restart within 10-15 minutes of shutting it down. I am ready to uninstall it just to stop it. I’ve seen many similar problems in other forums with no substantial answers.
