Have a couple of users using Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Outlook 2000, and Exchange 5.5. When an attempt is made to synchronize, we get the following error: “Error synchronizing folder [80004005-501-0-550]The client operation failed.” I have tried recreating the .ost file, running scanpst.exe, and the OST Integrity Checker with no avail. Scanpst.exe reports that errors were found but not what they are. I am at a loss of where to go from here. Any ideas from anyone?
