I am having problems when assigning tasks to other people. The accept/decline buttons do not show up. A little background on the problem is: this function worked fine until recent, a user was trying to setup team folders and ran vbinvite.exe programthat was supposed to update some forms in outlook. The app hung and didn’t look complete (it had the run and cancel buttons but no writing or description) after some time the user exited the program via the X at the top of the window. Later that day we had the problem with the accept\decline buttons. The meeting accept function works fine. It seems to be affecting only the tasks. To complicate things even more 1 person out of 15 can see the accept/decline button but when a task is changed i.e. started or completed the author gets a message saying so, but the task isn’t updated. Any help would be appreciated thaks all. This is on a 98 se platform with exchange 5.5 on a NT4.0 network
