Outlook To: field Issue – Please help

Ok, maybe this is much easier than I am making it out to be. I have a new computer with a newer version of outlook. I went from 2003 to 2007. On my old PC if I start to type a name – say stating with M – all the names/emails starting with M I have typed in before show up. Even those not in my contacts list. On my new PC this of course doesn’t happen. How do I go about getting those back? Where are these names stored? Any thoughts?
