We are going to upgrade to Outlook 2000 from Exchange. (Yay!)
I have to put together a very short (1-2 hour) course with information about Outlook 2000. I need a manual (preferably with screen shots) that shows users how to send and receive email (respond, forward, cc);
create appointments and send appointments; requests create and use folders.
With only 2 hours this will have to be a very snappy presentation, so it does not need any depth. It does need to cover these basics, and provide a guide for the users once they are back at their desks.
Does anyone have something like this that you can send me?
