I have a remote user connecting via VPN to our HQ. She is running Win2k Pro and Outlook2K, and is connected via PPTP to our PIX firewall. I have successfully set up her connection to Ex2k server so she can get mail, but the next day she has trouble authenticating. Message states “The logon credentials supplied were incorrect…” Funny part is sometimes the connection works if she refreshes the VPN connection, but sometimes she cannot contact Ex2k server at all. This is driving me crazy…
