Outlook vs OWA

By philldmc ·
I have Exchange 2003 with SP2. I have one user where certian calendar appointments that will not show up in their OWA.

I can not seem to find a reason for this...It appears to only be happening to one user.

I am getting this error in our event log

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Server ActiveSync
Event Category: None
Event I 3005
Date: 3/7/2011
Time: 12:55:08 PM
User: xxxxx\xxxxxxxx
Computer: EXCHANGE
Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error: Server: [exchange.xxxxx.local] User: [] HTTP status code: [500]. Verify that the Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at

So right now I see the appointment in Outlook but it is not showing in OWA. I tried changing the workstation from Cached Mode to Uncached mode, the result is the same.

Any suggestions?

The problem is not at the workstation.

HTTP 500 is an Internal Server Error. (Well, it says "Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error", too.) You need to check the logs on the Exchange Server. The issue lives somewhere in Exchange.

The above error is exchange

Yes, the above error did come from the exchange server. However, this is only happening to one mailbox. At this point I think I'm going to try deleting that one mailbox and recreating and see what happens.
