Outlook Web Access

What could be the problem. Users can not log on to the OWA. The only log on accepted is that of Administrator. I have checked the accounts and permissions and everything seems to be working fine. Help!

One thing to check, is that anyone using OWA must have logon locally rights.

Under user manager for domains, open Policies and select user rights. Change the Rights drop-down list to "Log on locally" and make sure Domain users are added to this group.

See if that helps.

Make sure that every one has log on localy right. Also make sure that every one connectiong to the server thru OWA has NTFS permissions for full control on the exchsrvr\web temp direcotry.
