Outlook Web Access

ServerA runs Exchange 5.5. ServerB runs Outlook Web Access. When I stop all Exchange services on ServerA to do an offline backup, then start them all up again, OWA doesn’t work saying the http server is down even though regular LAN clients can get e-mail fine. OWA won’t work again until OWA ServerB is rebooted.

Looks as though when Exchange services stop, OWA loses it’s connection. When Exchange services are restarted, that connection is never reestablished. How do I combat this? Is there a service on OWA I can stop before Exchange services stop, then start after Exchange services restart so as to not have to reboot OWA ServerB after our daily offline backup of Exchange?
