Outlook Web Access

We have some users who use Outlook 2000 and some who use Outlook Web Access, I need to know how you can delete multiple e-mail messages in one go in Web Access, like you can do in Outlook 2000?

Outlook Web Access

In Outlook Web Access, you can delete multiple messages by checking the box off to the left side of all messages that you want to delete. Then there is a button along your OWA toolbar that looks like a check box with an envelope behind it. When you hover it should say, "delete marked items". Click this button, and it will send the checked messages to your deleted items folder. I'm not aware of a way to bypass the deleted items folder using OWA. In Outlook you can hold shift while you pressdelete to bypass the deleted items folder.

I hope this helps.

The first answer looks good to me. If that doesn't work, try something else. Hope this helps
