At my company, OWA opens up (usually) with the standard fields: ‘!’, …, ‘From’, ‘Subject’, ‘Received’.
On one user’s mailbox, the field ‘Received’ is missing, and is replaced by the field ‘Sent’.
I have looked but cannot find a ‘Customize fields…’ as it seems to be available only on the Outlook client. I did read somewhere that to implement changes, XML coding would have to be done on the Exchange server.
As I am sure that this field substitution wasn’t done intentionally, how coud I fix this?
This is causing the user much frustration, any help would be appreciated
