Outlook Web Access used to access all folders of Microsoft Outlook

After log in to Outlook Web Access i am unable to access all the folders which are present in my microsoft outlook. In my microsoft outlook there are seven folders but i can only see 2 folders in Outlook Web Access, first one is "terry" and another is "public folder".

What should i do to access (through Outlook Web Access) all the folders configured in my microsoft outlook ??

Can any one plz help on this!!

Try This

Open up your account with the Inbox showing.

In the address bar, delete everything after the last forward slash

Type in: resetfolders

Hit GO

Page will not open and will have errors, don't worry!

Go into address bar again, and again delete everything past the last forwrd slash

Hit GO.

It should have worked! You may have to do it everytime though!

Just delete everything after the LAST forward slash. No need to enter the command "resetfolders"

Actually... the easiest way is to open Microsoft Outlook Web Access in Internet Explorer... I can't see my private folders in Mozilla Firefox, but I can in IE.
