Outlook 2003 newly installed on XP machine. I open an email like ones from TechRepublic. It shows no pictures. I click on the Outlook bar to download pictures. Some come through but many do not. I then save the email and open it again and all the pictures show. Not catastrophic, but sure annoying. Any solutions?
