Outlook XP Fault?

I have an user trying to attachment a file from Access (File|Send to|Mail Recipient(as attachment)) to MS Outlook but was unable to use the “SEND” icon to send out…! OS is WinXP(Pro)-SP4

I have asked to try on another 2 PCs (running on Win98) with the same Access and Outlook; these 2 PCs are okay…!

Any idea why this funny thing could happened???
