outlook XP problem

I try to create a rule to have certain emails moved to certain folders, it was working great for quite some time, but now whenever I try and set up a rule to move a specified email, it says “this rule could not be created check your folders permission”. I have checked the folder permission, and do not notice anything wrong. Please help?
