Outlook2000 as newsreader

How do I setup newsgroups under Outlook2000? If I use some other newsreader,
the Outlook2000 says if I would like to setup it as default newsreader – so
I think it can read newsgroups.

  In Outlook, try View, GOTO and select News. Personally I use Outlook Express as the Newsreader.

    I don`t have such a menu there. The Outlook Express is fine, but I want to synchronize also the newsgroups when I`m working online (in Outlook2000) and I don`t want to use another program.
