The problem is that incoming mail to my Outlook2000 appends an Notepad Text
Attachment of every email I receive to the original email. So in
essence, I receive the email with an attachment. When I open the attachment, it is
a text copy of that same email. I did not intentionally turn this
“unexpected feature” on and I can not figure out how to turn it off. It will not do
this with any email that contains any graphics (html) but it does it with
every straight text email I receive.
This is the second time this has occurred. The first time it went away
when I shut down my computer. This time that did not help. Any ideas of what
is causing this and how I can stop it?
