How can I receive “inbound” email from other organizations, people, companies, etc. We can send and receive “in-house” just fine, but I can’t receive email from an outside source. My email is webmaster@headstart-getcap.org, be so kind and email something to me. I would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. Exchange is new to me, I outsourced some help in setting this up and configuring it, but it seems to amaze even these “top-notch techs”. I’m running Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4 on a Windows 2000/IBM machine. I also have a Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 5/IBM Netfinity file server and both machines are under “headstart” domain created by the WinNT machine. My clients are running Outlook 2000. Where can I start troubleshooting this problem? I’m already reading the Microsoft Knowledgebase and I’m reading the Exchange Server 5.5 documentation.
