OUTLOOK’97 MEETING PLANNER

Howdy,

We have Exchange 5.5 and Outlook’97 working together.
Recently though when want to schedule an appointment in an Outlook client and use Meeting Planner tab to check peoples free/busy dates & times its flagging time as free when its not.

e.g. Person A in their diary has a meeting blocked out for this afternoon and its set as “Busy”.

Person B goes into Outlook to try and schedule a meeting with them and it shows time as free and lets you go on and send out the meeting invite.

Any ideas? Used to work fine and we have 90 staff and rely on it heavily to schedule meetings.
