OutlookEx Email Server

My incoming mail (POP 3) server always changes from what it should be to Local Host and the correct server gets catenated to the account name. Example: mail.attbi.com gets changed to Local Host and the account name gets changed to: name/mail.attbi.com. It always gets the slash too. When this happens the incoming mail fails and I have go into Accounts and change it back. This is getting very aggravating to say the least. Can someone please help me solve this?
