I running Windows2000 (NTFS partition) Professional in a peer-to-peer environment. I have full/no password share on the hard drive on each workstation (6 total). The only printer (HP 4Plus) is connecter to LPT1 with a share applied. Outlook2000 isthe email application. The Contacts folder on my workstation is shared on the other five workstations via Net Folders. How can I set restrictions on the Contacts folder on my workstation whereby the other five workstation can read/change the contents of the Contacts folder but not be able to print a hard copy of the contacts on the shared printer? Please email the answer to my question to mcse333@onebox.com also, as I check this mailbox throughout the day.
I am adding an extra 100 points for the answer to this question, as I need the answer to this question like yesterday.
Thank you.
