OutPost Firewall and Tech. Republic

I’m using OutPost (ver1.0) firewall my my Win98 workstation and can’t figure out why it’s blocking secondary connections to Tech. Republic.
I can get to the first page, but then further links are blocked. The Attack filter in Outpost shows continuous blocks of a connect request, on various ports, from 206.0.16.164 . This appears to be a CNET, Tech. Republic server?
