Output a complete 2000 server config?

Anyone know of any software (free!) or a script that will output a file – a Windows 2000 server config (need to see shares, ntfs permissions, group permissions, installed apps, installed hotfixes (os and apps), disk config, installed devices etc. An enhanced version of WINMSD would be great!

Catch is – no software can be physically installed on the server!
