We have users in a remote office that cannot receive e-mail from outside our office. When they receive e-mail from anybody, even within the office, the user receives a message saying that “Outlook could not open one or more attachments.” We have aNT network with Office 2000. Windows 2000 and Windows 98 on the network where this is happening. It is happening both operating system platforms. Any ideas on either problem?
