Outsourced Customer Support…..

We have all heard complaints about it. Most of us have had to deal with a customer support system that is outsourced.

Well, below is a classic example of how the canned responses from such services really make both the outsourcer and the outsourced service look really, really foolish. The sad part is, the canned response shows zero indication that the customer support company even looked at what was supplied for details. [ shame on TR for having such poorly trained outsourced help 😉 ]

If this issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may reopen it within the next 7 days.

We are sorry for the problems you have experienced with the download. Our engineering team deployed a change to the directory that result in this error. They have corrected it now, and you should not experience the problem anymore.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.
