Outsourcing fees

By jleahr ·
My company is a solutions provider. We offer many product to solve it issues, anywhere from network, telecom to technical support issues. We are looking to charge customers for the ongoing support that we are currently providing for free. Thus establishing SLA's as a benchmark for expectations. We are located in the Atlanta metro area. We would like to know what is the going rate for support calls in our area so that we may price this service competitively.

Outsourcing fees

Greetings! My data below is not very well formatted cause of form. Also this is national avg. pricing. I run a Internet Dev Shop and we found that if they choose you because of how low your price is the will expect to get "deals" on every job. We price a little below the average as we re-enforce that those prices are on standard services. As soon as feature creep sets in we break out the price sheet.
Last thought b4 data, If you provide quality
service you can price yourself above the rest, word of mouth will support you.

The data below isfrom this url

I don't know a single answer, but I do know from experience that the one needing help better right the tightest and clearest set of job specs/description that he wants his outsourcer to provide or else he/she will fall into the deepest black hole imaginable. Worse, anyone foolish enough to send a vague or generalized set of specifications to an outsourcer will probably soon be looking for a new job. So intelligent and technically complete specifying of exactly what your company wants and expects is a large portion of the final costs!
