I have a few question to ask off the people of this forum.
1. How do you rate the experience of your outsourcing to India not to the big sisters of IT in India like the Wipro or Infosys but to relatively smaller organizations with relitively smaller project footprints.
2. Do these companies deliver on time or do they usually slip on the dates.
3. What is the quality of the product delivered more so do they adhere to any sort of process management.
4. Is process management a critareafor selecting the vendor if yes what will you be looking at SPICE or CMM.
