We are looking at performance testing against a content/data rich web site based in a Flex environment with a back end Rails admin system.
Rather than purchase a robust Performance tool or even download an open source tool…and then train a team to use the tool and spend time creating a suite of tests, we are looking at outsourcing the performance tests.
I’ve done a few Google searches and found some potential vendors who will run performance tests (some also do security audits, which we may also do).
My question for the community is whether anybody out there knows of a good reputable company with proven results who is easy to work with. I’d rather make a well educated decision rather than take a shot in the dark and risk getting burned.
