We OWA from remote locations using the internet but from certain ISP providers we are prompted with a logon box for security with three fields USER NAME, PASSWORD and DOMAIN. On entering the correct domain in the DOMAIN field doesn’t authenticate the user, if the same user is prompted with a logon box with 2 fields USER NAME and PASSWORD, on entering the DOMAIN\USER NAME and the PASSWORD the user is authenticated. We have faced these problems when accessing OWA from only a couple of ISP providers. I can’t figure out where the problem is, could you please suggest. Thanks.
